1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating a Bayes Central account or otherwise using our website and analytics service, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy and Risk & Trading Analytics Disclosure, which are incorporated here by reference.

2. The service

Bayes Central provides historical analysis of trading-statement data that you upload. The service is provided for informational purposes only, as described in the Risk & Trading Analytics Disclosure — it is not financial, investment, or trading advice.

3. Accounts

You need a Bayes Central account to use the analytics service. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. Your uploaded data

You confirm that you have the right to upload the trading-statement data you submit, and that doing so does not violate any agreement you have with a third party (including your broker). We process your uploaded file to generate your analysis, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• upload data you don't have the right to upload;
• attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the service;
• use the service to build a competing product without our permission;
• misrepresent a Bayes Central report, Trading Passport, or PDF as anything other than what it is.

6. Free access and future membership

Bayes Central currently offers free account access to its analytics service. We may introduce a paid membership tier in the future; existing free functionality will not be withdrawn without reasonable notice, and any future paid tier will be described in updated terms before it applies to you.

7. Intellectual property

Bayes Central and its underlying technology, methodology, and content are our property or that of our licensors. Your own uploaded data and the analysis generated from it remain yours to use, share, and export (including via the Trading Passport and PDF export features) as you choose.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and — as set out fully in the Risk & Trading Analytics Disclosure — we do not guarantee any particular trading outcome, improved results, or account safety.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bayes Central is not liable for any trading losses or decisions made in reliance on the service, or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of it.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and material changes will be communicated to active account holders.
