Risk & Trading Analytics Disclosure

Last updated: 21 August 2026

Bayes Central provides historical trading-statement analytics only. It is not financial, investment, or trading advice, and nothing in a Bayes Central report, the Trading Passport, or this website should be treated as a recommendation to take any specific action.

1. Historical analysis, not prediction

Every finding in a Bayes Central report describes a pattern already present in the trading statement you uploaded. It is a description of the past. Bayes Central does not forecast future market conditions, future prices, or your future trading results.

2. No trading signals, no recommendations

Bayes Central does not generate trading signals, does not tell you what to buy, sell, or hold, and does not recommend any specific trade, trading strategy, or course of action. It also does not evaluate, endorse, or recommend any broker or trading platform.

3. Historical patterns do not guarantee future results

A pattern identified in your past trading history — however strong the supporting evidence — is not a guarantee that the same pattern will occur again, or that avoiding it will improve your future results. Markets and your own trading behaviour can change in ways a historical statement cannot capture.

4. No guarantee of profitability, improvement, or account safety

Bayes Central does not guarantee improved trading results, profitability, or the safety of any trading account. Summary readings such as Historical Risk Pressure and Consistency Pressure are descriptive indicators built from patterns found in your statement — they are not a probability of future loss, a measure of your personal risk tolerance, or an assessment that your account or strategy is safe.

5. Evidence strength and coverage

Every finding is labelled with how much historical evidence supports it, and your report states plainly how much of Bayes Central's analysis could be run reliably against your specific statement. Findings based on limited historical data are labelled accordingly and should be weighted with that limitation in mind.

6. Your own responsibility

Any decision you make about your own trading remains entirely your own responsibility. Bayes Central is a tool for understanding your own historical trading behaviour — it is not a substitute for independent professional financial, investment, or legal advice.
